This role will be responsible for the recruitment of highly specialist technology roles ranging from Software Engineers to Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers and Cyber Security Analysts across all areas of the bank in Bournemouth. Critical to success will be the ability to proactively source top talent and manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies based on your understanding of this complex market.
  • Support the development of a diverse qualified candidate pool through applying direct sourcing techniques.
  • Be the contact for lateral recruiting for HR Business Partners, Compensation and other HR Specialists for Technology in London.
  • Share knowledge of competitor institutions and present market data to clients to influence hiring decisions.
  • Manage appropriate usage of external recruitment agencies and ensure direct sourcing strategies are optimised.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from global recruiting leads and senior HR partners; working with the additional team leads to deliver staffing initiatives and reports.
  • Partner with offshore, internal and third party teams to create an efficient talent pipeline for your stakeholders.

Essential Experience

  • In-house recruitment experience of high-tech roles, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies; including use of technology, market mapping, and cold-calling.
  • Solid project management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service.
  • Experience interviewing and managing the offer process for mid to senior level positions.
  • Broad knowledge of employment laws and employee relations, including specific knowledge of the rules that affect employment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and Human Resources Business Partners.
  • A strong commitment to diversity and shared values by being a role model for others.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate tracking and employment systems and processes
