We are seeking an ambitious Vice President of Channel Planning to lead the development and delivery of media strategies tied to Global Talent Acquisition and Recruitment marketing, within EMEA territories.

This role will sit within the Paid Media Center of Excellence and partner closely with a team of marketing professionals across strategy, human resources, brand, analytics, research, and communications to attract talent across our key hiring segments (Campus, Technology and Branch Operations) as well as champion JPMC as an employer of choice.

As a member of the broader Paid Media team, this role is responsible for 3 key areas of focus:

  • Channel Planning – steward the media planning process as the central connection point between strategy, lines of business, data and analytics, COE disciplines and external agencies
  • Partnership Building- facilitate and execute partnerships with media publishers that deliver on marketing priorities
  • Internal Education – assist in the education of internal marketing stakeholders on the emerging media landscape and provide strategic points of view on opportunities in the context of media trends and the competitive landscape

Key Responsibilities At a Glance

  • Partner with internal paid media and external media agencies to build media strategies that deliver business impact and measure and report on performance across media channels
  • Ensure data driven marketing efforts are integrated into measurement plans for test and learn opportunities that deliver on marketing objectives and ladder into the broader enterprise learning agenda
  • Manage multiple agency and LOB contacts in the planning and execution of paid media activity
  • Mange media budgets and deliver efficiencies through agency stewardship and publisher governance
  • Maintain a strong focus on operational controls and efficiencies

Qualifications And Skills

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in paid media, advertising technology, or digital advertising preferred.
  • Experience in the Financial services and/or highly regulated category preferred
  • Track record of working on high profile launches and stewarding the communication planning process and experience
  • Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can drive desired business outcomes
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations that can be understood by non-technical individuals
  • Exceptional partnering skills required to navigate a large organization
