Part-time, Call Centre Department

Our rapidly growing organisation is keen to bolster our team with enthusiastic customer service experts. Based in our call centre in Eurocentral, Scotland, our Advisors are the central point of contact for the general public, and as such handle all manner of incoming communication via calls, emails and social media. We pride ourselves on dealing with enquires with the greatest possible care, while dealing with all feedback in a timely and professional manner. Putting customers first is a top priority here and you’ll be part of a supportive, fun and friendly team who are all focused on having great conversations.

Due to our continued growth of our distribution / call centre we are now looking to take on a number of new Customer Service team members on a part-time basis. There are a range of part-time contracts available between 12 to 28 hours per week across the hours of 08:00 – 20:00

Please note that this is a shift-based role and will include weekend and evening working on a flexible basis, the shift patterns will include:

  • Working 1 to 2 weekends per month
  • Monday – Saturday shifts are between 8am – 8pm
  • Sunday shifts are between 9am – 5pm

What you’ll do

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Answering and resolving enquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email and live webchat
  • Processing incoming email and post
  • Manage customer expectations effectively and resolve issues
  • Investigating customer enquiries and providing feedback
  • Liaising with internal departments across the business
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by Management
  • Potential opportunity to progress into responding on social media platforms and live webchat

What you’ll need

  • Contact/call centre-based customer service experience is preferable but not essential
  • Significant retail customer service experience in a fast pace environment beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Positive and confident, able to remain up-beat and enthusiastic at all times
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about quality and service of delivery
  • Reliable and conscientious team player
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
