Matalan Careers – Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing Marketing team here at Matalan Head Office.

You will play a key role in driving the digital marketing strategy for Matalan delivering against omni-channel KPIs. Supporting the Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for demonstrating the benefits of the affiliate channel and articulating how we should move the channel forwards.

• Accountable for developing and executing Affiliate Marketing strategies.
• Looking after the management & efficiencies of spend in the Affiliate channels.
• Responsible for developing business cases for new opportunities within the Affiliate space.
• Manage, maintain and optimise affiliate campaigns & relationships.
• Accountable for daily, weekly and monthly forecasting & reporting across the Affiliate channel.

About You

• 3+ years experience working within the affiliate market
• Experience of the omni-channel retail environment
• Passion for ecommerce and digital media
• Able to apply strategic & commercial thinking to campaigns, both on & offline.
• Experience of analytical programmes such as GA 360
