About the role

As a Marketing Rewards Assistant, your role will be to support the delivery of key content across Email, App, DM, Retail and partner activity, to help drive progress in the Matalan rewards programme.

You’ll have support from the senior members of the team, but will have the autonomy to hit the ground running and manage elements of planning, briefing, proofing and will bring an organised, creative and proactive approach to driving key measures.

You’ll help coordinate content across channels while we take a strategic aim to grow rewards at Matalan, and help with the changes in store, online and in app that support our rewards relaunch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and brief key messages for assets across channels.
  • Help with targeting and relevance in terms of matching great content to the right customer group
  • Plan and prepare activities that encourage sign up to the programme, and contribute to active improvements to the sytem
  • Contribute to reward content across CRM and wider channels, eg Internal Comms and Social.

About You

  • Office based experience, preferably in retail or a dynamic team.
  • A marketing or similar qualification, or experience in marketing / CRM planning.
  • Efficient on Excel or Powerpoint, confident in creating and updating content.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and delivering key messages to an audience.
