Salary after 16 week Training £10.65/hour (extra £2.15/hour between 12am-6am)

Job responsibilities

As a Shift Manager you will support the salaried management team in ensuring the efficient running of the restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also provide leadership, coaching and direction to all crew members to ensure there is an engaged, motivated and skilled team who are customer focused. Deal with any complaints escalated to you by your team promptly, Lead by example, Take an active and positive role in recruitment of new team members, Provide motivation, encouragement and regular feedback to the team, Be confident in tackling under performance within the team and escalate where necessary, Assist the Unit Manager in the training, development and reviewing of the team, Carry out unit shift checklist thoroughly on each shift, Take accountability for your unit and team, take action on issues escalated by cashier. Candidate must be aged 18 plus due to nature of night work.
