This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Performance Marketing Team as a Paid Media Digital Marketing Executive. As the Digital Marketing Executive for Paid Media you will report into Digital Media Lead, responsible for activity for our joint venture partners such as GAP. You will support in delivering our performance marketing to maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers via multiple channels such as PPC, and social media advertising.

You will have a passion for online and the technological side of marketing, you’ll be analytically minded as this is a crunching numbers kind of role and you’ll have a willingness to work closely with internal stakeholders and our media agency to deliver profitable marketing.

This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently graduated with either a Business, Digital Marketing, Maths, or IT based degree AND has some relevant work experience/work placement experience ideally within a digital technology or digital marketing role (a years placement or a years experience minimum since leaving University).

This role is based out of our Manchester office in the Arndale Centre but we can offer hybrid working.

About the Role: –

  • Liaising with the agency and internal data teams on any required campaign reports.
  • Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute activity.
  • Work with the external media agency & key partners.
  • Monitor & work with the agency & channel manager to support optimisation of all

activity.

  • Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing and commercial trading teams.
  • Manage the reporting for paid activity for our partner GAP

About You:

  • A graduate with, 1 year in industry
  • A proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment
  • A self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing

environment and stay calm under pressure

  • Creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
  • Effective team player; can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Datastudio would be an advantage.
