This is a fantastic opportunity to join our eCommerce Development team as a Trainee Product Owner!

The Development team are responsible for implementing, testing and building on the UX designs plus the requirements of our partnered brands and the overall content of the website.

As a Trainee Product Owner, you will help drive digital product across a mix of systems and business teams. Working within the UX team you will help support and coordinate the product lifecycle from start to finish.

About the role:

  • You will be supporting Product Owners and Senior Product Owners across multiple projects
  • You will understand customer needs through feedback and analysis, ensuring that data is at the heart of all decisions.
  • You will help to implement key Agile / SCRUM ceremonies
  • You will be working closely with both business and systems teams to help coordinate and learn how to deliver a phased approach, delivering value at pace and learnings early on in the project lifecycle.
  • You will be working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute activity
  • You will learn how to shape and review product success criteria and KPIs, alongside written documentation to support your work.
  • You will be given training on how to present to stakeholders when necessary.

About you:

  • You will be a recent business or marketing graduate with, ideally, a year in industry, although this is not essential
  • You will have a passion for all things digital and a desire to develop your knowledge in creating best in class customer experiences
  • You will have good analytical skills
  • You will be a proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced digital environment
  • You will be organised, thorough & excited by a challenge
  • You will be able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
  • You will be an effective team player; can do attitude
  • You will have good communication skills & able to effectively work with members of both the immediate and wider team

We are looking for the successful candidates to start with us at the beginning of Summer 2023. The recruitment process will involve a series of activities including a 1st stage and 2nd stage assessment centre.

You will be contacted by 4th November to let you know if you have progressed to the first stage assessments.

1st Stage Assessments: Tuesday 8th – Thursday 10th November 2023

2nd Stage Assessments: Tuesday 22nd – Thursday 24th November 2023

Start date: July 2023
