Shifts available:

• Tuesday – Saturday 2030-0600
• Sunday – Thursday 2030-0600

About the role:

You will:

• You will be able to create training material which support new projects and operational improvements
• Be able to provide on the job training for new and existing employees on a variety of operational tasks and procedures.
• Support key business changes e.g. the launch of new processes, practises and operational improvements. Corporate induction and warehouse tours to all new employees to NDL ensuring they have a full understanding of the Next branding, policies and benefits, the layout of the site and key Health and Safety information.
• You will use observational feedback and performance data to provide coaching and feedback to trainees to maximise performance.
• To collate data to evaluate the effectiveness of training and coaching delivered

About you:

You will:

• Have gained a strong operational knowledge within a warehouse environment
• Have the ability to support the change process and sell projects positively both within a classroom environment and on an individual basis
• You will have strong presentation skills as well as being very organised and able to work under pressure
• Be PC literate in programmes such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
