Job Responsibilities:

• Adopt and work to the EMEA Loss Prevention Risk Operations Values
• Serve as a visible deterrence to internal & external theft
• Support EMEA Loss Prevention Strategy and assist in creating local loss prevention plans whislt adhering to Nike Global policies, working with local crime partnerships, the police, and other retailers to create a culture that will reduce criminality and minimse physical and financial risks
• Utilize product recovery or prevention statements to recover product due to external dishonest activity
• Support store opening and closing procedures per DLPM discretion
• Monitor areas of the store ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Document, analyze and communicate external incidents to the DLPM weekly
• Support external investigations at the direction of the DLPM
• Report and support the resolution of all unsafe conditions in partnership with store management and DLPM
• Drive Known Theft Log accountability and report and leverage findings
• Review the cashier performance report daily for internal theft trends
• Support the response and management of incidents as they occur
