Job Description:

To support the product manager in the operational management of the Payout service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating contract management requirements via defined process and the Contract Approval process
  • Achieving agreed targets and delivering objectives
  • Supporting Senior Account Manager within Key Client Accounts
  • Providing absence cover for the Senior Account Manager
  • Relationship Management of a defined Client base
  • Attending meetings as necessary – Prospects, Clients, Internal Stakeholders (such as Horizon help desk, Chesterfield, Accounts Department)
  • Managing Client change requests: Template changes, Scheme Changes: Duration of Vouchers, cancelling obsolete vouchers etc
  • Reporting directly to Product Manager for Payout (an over the counter cash/vend delivery service across Post Office)
  • Managing own Portfolio of Client Accounts including
  • Local Authorities
  • Charities
  • Energy Companies
  • Gaining and retaining a comprehensive understanding of the Payout product
  • Providing quality service to Clients, focused on resolving their issues and queries to agreed SLAs
  • Taking ownership of Client issues, enquiries and complaints and managing them through to resolution by the appropriate teams
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction is maintained at all times, taking corrective action where needed to rectify issues
  • Managing a dedicated group email account
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes within Post Office and Payzone

Job Requirements:

  • Confident to attend meetings (physical and virtual) and add value
  • Be prepared to travel and work flexibly when required
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Be able to demonstrate good all-round IT skills, be able to use the Microsoft Office and be familiar with Post Office applications

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience of working in a service and/or product environment
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
