Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the Interim CISO is well informed of any material issues that may
• arise in cloud, providing early warning to pre-emptive action can be taken
• Accountable for ensuring Cloud security KPI’s and KRI’s are relevant, providing a unified
• view of Cloud security health across the estate
• Drive security as an aspect of quality and speed across the development and delivery teams Responsible for the Cloud Security Engineering team and tooling ensuring the existing
• services are maintained and future capabilities are planned for
• Ensuring cloud security tooling is delivering the security value / reducing security risk and
• has the right people, process and metrics to prove it is working and is effective, with a
• focus on Cloud security, CI/CD and Software Security.

Job Requirements:

• DLP, IDS/ IPS, IdAM, Certificate Management, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Anti-malware,
• vulnerability management.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of cloud security, across all major cloud providers (i.e
• Azure and AWS), and its associated secure CI/CD standards and practices, providing
• defence in depth and agility.
• Strong understanding of relevant Industry Principles, Best Practices, and Standards, such
• as PCI, NIST, ISO, NCSC 14 Cloud Principles .
• Extensive experience in working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), its products feature
• and capabilities including but not limited to IAM, SSO, Config, Lambda, Trusted Advisor,
• Inspector, Security Hub, Cognito, GuardDuty, KMS, Shield, etc as well as IaaS, PaaS and
• SaaS services covering the typical SLDC.
• Good understanding of the Secure SDLC process and follows the process to effectively
• develop and design solutions.
• Use and application of the following concepts: Cryptography, Data Protection and Security,
• Software Development Methodologies (e.g. Agile), API Gateways, Data Analytics.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in feature and bug management through JIRA.
• Strong experience with a broad range of security technologies including NextGen Firewalls,
• Strong project management skills, especially around Change and release management
