Job Description:

Reporting to our Senior Manager – HR Business Partners (International), you will work on matters regarding HR strategy and operations for a growing client population in the region, covering the UK and Ireland.

Job Requirements:

• Solid relevant work experience within a HR generalist role with experience as a Business Partner/ Senior HR Manager in an expanding, fast paced, multinational business.
• You will be educated to degree level preferably with a recognized accreditation in HR.
• Previous experience in handling multi-site operations and distance management will be a significant advantage.
• You must have strong influencing skills, strong leadership ability and an innovative mind set.
• You will have significant experience with legislation within the UK and Ireland.
