Job Description:

Our TSO EUC team comprises of technical and service management specialists, working primarily alongside the Digital Workplace team, managing business and technical services throughout their lifecycle, encompassing a wide portfolio of products, including (but not limited to) Office365, unified comms, application delivery, user personalisation, remote access and device provisioning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial tracking of project and service costs, including technology refresh and resource recharging.
  • Matrix manage a team of technical specialists from across EUC.
  • Manage a flexible pool of technical specialists, including the resource profile, dependent upon project demand
  • Develop appropriate work packages, related to project delivery, allowing technical teams within EUC to deliver project requirements.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure that services are transitioned successfully into BAU, from both a technical and service perspective.
  • Shall assure the design and implementation of any new or changed services.
  • Where applicable, improve the design solution taking pragmatic decisions in light of project pressures and TfL’s complex technology landscape, working with the wider technology community.
  • You will work directly with the operating business, product and project managers to understand what the end user is seeking to achieve and convey key messages of design and success to the technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the Directorate, Suppliers and TfL operating businesses.
