Job Requirements:

• Provide consent to the disclosure of any previous employment and safety performance from previous employers.
• Ideally held competence as a train driver or train driver manager for 4 of the last 5 years.
• Hold an ETDL with accompanying certificate.
• Meet all requirements set in our operational standards.
• Thorough knowledge of operational rules and regulations.
• Train driving competency is an essential element of the role, so you will be required to drive trains to maintain this competency.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of managing safety and quality standards.
• You will also be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver business objectives in a demanding operational environment.
• A highly motivated individual, you’ll bring to the role proven experience as both driver and manager.
• You will be able to assess driving competence, update route risk and safety information and develop training.
