Job Description:

As the Segment Assistant within the Twinkl EYFS team, you’ll work closely with the Segment Manager to ensure we are meeting the needs of the Early Years market. You will also work closely with the wider EYFS product and segment teams. We work with a great deal of creative freedom allowing us to respond quickly to the ever-changing needs of our market. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, develop and express their creative ideas to help us continually meet the needs of all practitioners – marketing experience isn’t needed!

Job Responsibilities:

• Engaging with our social media, creating and sharing useful content, responding to customers, creating relationships and spotting trends
• Looking to engage our market using modern approaches.
• This could via blog writing, social media, creating video content, working with external partnerships and many more possible opportunities. You will have the freedom to do this how you think best
• Working collaboratively within the EYFS team to ideate and create engaging new resources and update the current collections

Qualification & Experience:

• Be creative and able to communicate your ideas to other team members
• The ability to think innovatively and find creative solutions to problems
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work with many different teams within the company
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good ICT skills and understanding of social media
• Experience in a school based EYFS setting – either Reception or Nursery
• Be creative and able to communicate your ideas to other team members
