Job Description:

You’ll lead the Go! team which includes game designers, asset creators and animators. This role will involve working closely with the Chief Product Officer and Digital Product Manager on direction and priorities, Product Owners on resource content and the Product Data Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and advising your team with respect to technology.
  • Working with the Emerging Technologies (Apps & AR) and Web dev teams to ensure joined up product development and strategy.
  • Auditing older resources on the site.
  • Organising and attending meetings to scope out new projects with stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the marketing of the resources and working with Twinkl Cares to respond to customer queries related to Go!
  • Evaluating data in order to inform decisions.
  • Maintaining an overview of all projects, monitoring progress towards deadlines and understanding what the current priorities are.
  • Supporting and advising your team with respect to technology.

  • Have strong organisational skills, someone who thrives on spinning multiple plates at a time and is able to to prioritise, devise and coordinate projects.
  • Deliver on time and provide appropriately challenging timescales to the team.
  • Be data driven, using it to inform decisions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Highly proficient in one or more current and relevant interactive content programming languages and associated IDE/software.
  • Experience of Animation including use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator – Vector artwork (for assets), Adobe After Effects – 2D Animation and Motion Graphics, rigging.
  • Demonstrable experience of commercial digital product audio and visual asset production and associated software & technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in producing digital product standards, documentation and processes.
  • senior HTML/CSS/JS and associated IDE developer abilities.
  • Functional understanding of underlying architecture and technologies involved in the hosting/integration/delivery of interactive content.
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience of commercial digital product lifecycle management and end-to-end design, creation (and maintenance), testing, publishing, distribution and marketing of interactive content and associated software & technologies.
  • Highly proficient in one or more current and relevant interactive content programming languages and associated IDE/software.
