About the job

The role of Regional Head – Export Finance Managers (RHEFM) is to lead and inspire the regional Export Finance Mangers (EFM) team and work closely with the Head of EFMs and Business Group Operations to help deliver the business aims of the Trade Finance Division and UKEF. RHEFMs will be required to lead the strategic development of the region, plan and manage localised marketing objectives and be a recognised figurehead for stakeholder engagement.

RHEFMs will establish the primary link between EFM team and the Trade Finance Division leadership team, ensuring cohesive translation of TFD priorities and creating feedback loops that ensure we are operating as an effective and efficient team within the division.

The role will also provide key management support, for the strategic development of the TFD as a whole, focussed on growth, delivery and customer satisfaction.
