The Climate Change & Sustainability Division is looking for a Senior Policy Adviser, Climate Change & Sustainability, to deliver and support UKEF’s work on:

Climate Change and sustainability comprises the development and delivery of the department’s strategic direction and policy for the management of climate change and sustainability issues.

Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) involves delivery of UKEF’s strategic TCFD Project to align activity and disclosures with the recommendations of the TCFD.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) includes the development and implementation of UKEF’s approach to development impact.

Civil society and NGO engagement includes developing and implementing a civil society and NGO engagement strategy.

All aspects of the Division’s work require working closely with colleagues across the department and engaging externally with other government departments, other ECAs and international institutions, financial institutions, civil society and business stakeholders to learn from and influence policy and best practice on climate change and sustainability issues.
