The successful candidate will work as a key member of the No1 Radio School (No1 RS) Support Flight administration team, overseeing all aspects of school administration and reporting on the array of technical courses offered to forces personnel within No1 RS at RAF Cosford.

Role Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • All the administration of all CE-EOFT including support of students during the arrival process, utilising TAFMIS, planning and booking of all visiting lectures and all graduations for CE-EOFT students.
  • Acting as secretary for all CE-EOFT end of course meetings and any-other meetings on request. Producing and promulgating comprehensive and accurate minutes in a timely manner within 2 days
  • Coordinate diary for CE-EOFT matters, liaising with the No 1 RS Support Flt Admin E2-3 to ensure visibility to the OC No 1 RS
  • Maintain spreadsheet of visiting Lecturers and CE-EOFT PipeLine, maintaining contact with RAF Cranwell Training & Holding Flt Admin
  • Act as the first point of contact for trainees and school staff, managing telephones and face to face queries.
  • The management of trainee personal information to build Student accounts on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and act as a first Point of Contact for all school course administration.
  • Administration of course documentation.
  • Assisting other team members with the safe receipt and distribution of official and private mail.
  • To assist No 1 RS Support Flt Admin AO-2 in the collection of stationery and the opening of the Stationery room as required.
