Regimental Headquarters’ focus is to provide material support to all Welsh Guardsmen and their families, whether they are serving or retired. This job requires a credible regimental representative both within the Army and within the Regiment.

The Regimental Adjutant is responsible for the Regiments Charity and maintaining detailed budgets/accounts ensuring compliance with the Charities Commission direction and regulations. The job holder will develop a sound knowledge of the legal framework relating to charities, health and safety, equal opportunities, and property management.
